Pharmacology Question

I need help... :confused: I have this question and I'm really trying to figure out where to start with this. :hdvwl: I have to answer this question and show my work ...can anybody help me out. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Order: Sulfasoxazole 300 mg P.O. every 6 hours

What is the safe dose range (120-150 mg/Kg/day) for a 40 lb child? Do not

round kilograms in pediatric patients.

While you considered my reply to be nasty (while it was not meant to be), you can see how much help you received by showing the initiative to start the problem on your own.

Trust me, by leaving your question as it was posted, you would have left yourself open to many more replies, most of them much "nastier" than mine.

No, no matter which side you're on, the replies to you had you not shown some initiative would have given you a new definition of nasty. And then some.
