PH RN to apply NCLEX in CA

Hi,

Been researching around to find out how to deal with this reciprocity issues with CA-BON and foreign nurses curriculum but I always meet a dead end :(

My question is do i need to submit an application for NCLEX-RN first prior to enrolling to a Nursing school to meet the lacking units? or can I just send my Transcripts to an evaluating agency then enroll to a nursing school ( since based on what I can see from the threads here I already know which units I should only take) then submit an NCLEX application.

Are there any foreign rn's here who succeeded in NCLEX here in california in the recent years? like 2015-2016??

Usually done after BRN assessment so you know what needs making up if any
