PERRLA question

I'm headed back to school and wanted some writing help. Everyone suggested PERRLA. I just paid and downloaded. During the downloading, it showed a window that showed how many activitations I would have left, etc..

I was surprised, as I thought it was unlimited for a year! Is this not true? If not, how many times can I access before I have to pay?

My paperwriting will be weekly. I was hoping to get a lot of use from this program. :(

That might be referring to how many different computers you can install the program on.

That is what I thought, but it says every time you start a paper you will see this window letting you know how many activations you have left and it showed a sample of 8/10. I'm afraid to just randomly open the program to look!

It says you can install on 3 computers.

I used PERRLA for years, never had to pay extra. It was open ended. I would double check with them, unless they've changed policies, to find out what "activations" really means.

Thank you JBudd. I did send an email. I just haven't heard back.
