Benzocaine is what's in ours.

We use Dermoplast, which has listed as its main ingredient as Benzocaine. It's also lightly mentholated for cooling upon application. I have found it works wonders at home for burns, cuts and other things, not just perineal relief. I keep a can at home for my kids when they get hurt. They sell it as all major drugstores.
thanks for the information
