your perceptions of social behavior towards filipino nurses abroad

ey guys juz wondering wat r d perceptions of filipino nurses in the workplace, specifically in the states or anywhere outside the philippines. I'm conducting a research on the "Impact of foreign Culture on nurses working abroad and its implication to their social behavior"... it'd really help me out a lot, since I'm planning to work abroad (i'm filipina)and i'd like to prepare myself for what's ahead... what r the problems that occur as a noob, stuff like racism,job displacement,etc, or even the advantages... please reply.
