hello ppl.. i'm doin a research proposal on the "the impact of foreign culture on filipino nurses working abroad and the implications to their behavior" n i was wondering if u cud shed some light on the topic for me.. I'm juz wondering what u guys think of pinoy nad pinay nurses? and if ur pinoys n pinays urselves, how's life abroad like? do u encoutner job displacement and racism among many problems? pls do reply... thank u for your time. ey guys juz wondering wat r d perceptions of filipino nurses in the workplace, specifically in the states or anywhere outside the philippines. I'm conducting a research on the "Impact of foreign Culture on nurses working abroad and its implication to their social behavior"... it'd really help me out a lot, since I'm planning to work abroad (i'm filipina)and i'd like to prepare myself for what's ahead... what r the problems that occur as a noob, stuff like racism,job displacement,etc, or even the advantages... please reply.
