Perceptions on childhood vaccinations

I'm currently working on my thesis at Kendall College of Design. I'm trying to gather some information on perceptions of childhood vaccination procedures. I would REALLY appreciate it if people could take this quick survey. It would help me out a ton. Here's the link to take the survey:

Just fyi, I took your survey and I am a parent of kids who get vaccines and I also give vaccines. I indicated this on your survey. At the end after I answered all the questions, I got this message: "Thank you, but you do not fit the target demographic for the purposes of this survey. If you REALLY want to complete this survey, you can either go have a child or learn how to and begin giving vaccinations to children. Please make sure you do these for the right reasons, though. Thank you again. Goodbye."

I guess your survey was a waste of my time and yours.

My survey said the same thing!! Maybe that could be changed?

Hmmmmm...I wonder what the correct demographic is because I have two children, don't vaccinate them, and I don't give vaccines, which is the complete opposite of the other person who got the same message I just got at the end. (And, yes, that message is very rude and could be worded much better than that.)

ummm....what exactly is the target demographic here? I was very rudely told that I should contribute by having children (I already do) or giving vaccinations (I have)??? WWhhhhaatt?

I am curious what a College of Design has to do with childhood vaccinations. Am I missing something?

Clearly this survey has nothing to do with a thesis and if so, well, it is a very poorly designed survey that has propoganda.

and here I thought that this was going to be a stimulating debate........
