Possible new grad position in assisted living facility. Just wondering if it's a fair rate?:uhoh3:

I started @ $22.00/hour as a new grad LPN in Chicago, Il.

Where was this hon?? Was it actually "IN" Chicago or in the burbs?

I'm in Spokane WA and I am a pediatric private duty nurse. It was the only job I could find and I have been there for almost a year. I have sent out hundreds of resumes. All the hospitals in this area require at least 3 to 5 years experience in a specialty. So I'm pretty much stuck.
