Peds travel nursing?

Anyone have any insight into the need for peds travel nurses? I assume it's about the same as non-pediatric nurses. I start nursing school in January and just started considering peds, but travel nursing is my #1 goal.

I have three friends who do peds ICU travel and they have no want of assignments in locations they desire.

The higher trained specialties pay better and you will be more competitive. So PICU is better than medsurg.
