CORRECT ANSWER 65 ml
1. 143 lbs/ 2.2 kg= 65 kg x 2 mg/kg= 130 mg
2. 100 mg/ 50 ml = 2mg/ ml
3. 130 mg divide 2 mg/ml = 65 mg
Thats how i solved the problem
It is a reasonable assumption that when a question is asked in different forms several times, that the tester got it wrong the first time. I distinctly remember this on my test. I did not know the answer the first time and most likely got it wrong the subsequent times it was asked, using different wording. It did not occur to me to answer the question differently.

My friend recently took nclex, she told me that she had peds math calculation questions, no she did not tell me specifics! But she told me that she kept getting similar peds math calc, she was wondering if she maybe got them wrong and that nclex kept asking her similar questions to see if she knew what she was doing....any comments on why she kept getting peds math calc, did she get them wrong??
