I'm currently working on a tele floor and thinking of making the switch to a pediatric clinic. Do you think working in a pediatric office is adequate experience for pursuing a degree as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner?

I think it would be, but that's really not relevant. The question is how do the folks at the placement and admissions offices of the programs you want to get into think. The only way to find that out is to talk to them. Every program is different, so if you plan on doing this anytime soon, I would suggest reviewing the program information online and maybe even placing a call or two to your top 4-5 programs, find out what they think, what they want.
