I found several on Chapters Indigo:

chapters.indigo.ca: Prentice Hall Pediatric Drug Guide: Ruth C. Bindler, Linda Berner Howry, Billie A. Wilson: Books (it's from 2004, so perhaps not the best one)

chapters.indigo.ca: Nurse's Mini Guide To Pediatric Drugs: George R. Spratto: Books (2009, so better, plus it's spiral bound)

chapters.indigo.ca: 2009 PDR Concise Drug Guide For Pediatrics: Unknown: Books (2009 but a bit more pricey)
