Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed. Nursing Students NCLEX Article

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Hello, I'm new to this site. Just took my NCLEX-PN today at 8:00 am, and got 205 questions. I'm terrified about this number, although I have read that it really doesn't matter, though the chances are a lot higher to pass if I were to have gotten 85 questions.:crying2: I'm devastated b/c I really don't know how I did, can anyone please explain to me the Pearson Vue Trick and how to do it? do you have to wait certain amount of time before doing the trick? i just got back after taking the NCLEX, and I wonder if it would be true if I do the trick? please, advise (so anxious)

I did it and it worked! Then, went to Ohio BON and I'm there! I have a license and everything! I really thought I blew that test! Thank you Angels, Thank you God! Yay! Good luck Sam 999 and everyone else going through this!

Holy smokes!!! I passed! the PVT is not a "trick". It's how the registration is set up. Either way...trick or not...IT WORKS!!! Wish you all the luck and good fortune!!!

Has anyone actually failed but still got the good pop-up? Or the other way around, got to the payment page but actually passed? I can't read all 700 pages of this thread:uhoh3:

i took the test on 02/03/08 @08:00-09:30. i arrived home at 10:00 and tried the pvt- good pop-up. i totally trust the pvt--it work for me.

p.s. please note that when you try to register for a different test alone with a different school code---it will allow you to pay. don't panic! just put the original or correct information into the system then you'll see if it gives the error message {g:):)d} "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. please contact ... or credit card page {bad :no:}

good luck to all of you who haven't taken the exam or waiting for results ----if you don't pass--try again, again, & again.. until you do pass. never give up because there are so so many patients that need you. i pray that god show favor to all you as he has to me. stay encouraged:stdnrsrck:!

I think I saw where two people got to the CC page and actually passed, but not the other way around... but these two people were dumb enough to put in their CC info and re-register before getting their official results; therefore, they lost 200 bucks. ?!?!?!?!? Why would you re-register? The point is just to see if it takes you to the credit card page. Oh well, best of luck to you!

Yay - I think you will be fine. It's good to be cautious, but at least you can relax a little before receiving your official results. :)

Guess I need to added to the list! I had 130something questions on NCELX-RN and if it's truly true I PASSED!! There was a girl in my class that called pearson after she tried this trick and the lady there confirmed that the "trick" was true. It had to be the same information as before though, same test, same school, everything. I even told three other people at the testing site about it because they didn't know. Wonder how they did....
