Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed. Nursing Students NCLEX Article

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Is there a way we can check what date they're processing at the moment? I called pearson vue & they said to call the state boards for that. Anyone checked up on it yet ??

I tried calling the BVNPT but they didn't answer/sent me to the dial tone. I guess too many people are calling with questions

THank you for the detailed instructions on the PVT, i really appreciated it. I apologize if i sound nosey, but i was wondering if the pVT worked for you? In the first post, you mentioned that you were able to go into the CC page. Did you really end up failing when you got the official results? Im trying to see if there were people that still passed even though the PVT allowed them to go to cc page.. Please advise. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you so much..:o

When I called yestraday regarding when I can check the status of pearson vue, the receptionist said it was 48 hrs from the time that you finished your test.

I passed! I knew the PVT trick works!! I'm soo happyyyyyyyyyyyy =D I lOVE THIS SITE!!!

Hi Catlady. What if I didn't check in 48 hrs? I checked one week and 2 days later for the PVT trick. DOes that mean it's not valid... I got the good pop up .. I'm nervous now..

Hey, i took the NCLEX yesterday, then got home & i got the pop-up too. It gave me some hope, but i honestly thought i failed after i left. The test questions seemed to easy to me. I mean the answers were tricky with 2 answers that seemed right but i'm worried since it seemed so basic. I am not saying i am that smart, but i definitely do not think it was hard like everyone else has posted. I know that the questions get easier when you miss one, so that has me scared to death that i failed. BUT according to the trick, i passed. Any thoughts anyone.. i am dieing here!!!!

I sat for NCLEX yesterday and tried the "trick" as soon as I got home - and was so relieved to see the "good pop-up"! My computer shut off at 75 and I was certain I had failed, absolutely the toughest exam I've ever taken, multiple SATAs, meds, etc. I just checked my status on the Wisconsin board website, and I passed!!

So, count this as one more confirmation that the "trick" does work. I don't think it's a trick, of course, but the way their system is structured to allow people, who need to, to re-register immediately.

It's been a long. long journey and I am so proud to say I am a Registered Nurse!! Good luck to all who are about to test- take your time and read the questions carefully - and hang in there all of you who are waiting and waiting to hear word.

WELL!!!!!! The trick works!!!! I passed!!! Just got my results!! It is such a great feeling!:D:yeah::yeah::yeah::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::nurse:

Congrats!!!!:yeah::yeah::yeah: to everyone that just passed. I just got my actual license in the mail. What a nice feeling. Now if I could only get a job. The job market in the NY city area really stinks for new grads. If anyone can help me with that let me know. I live in Westchester County and I am willing to go to CT or to NY city for a hospital job.

Took NCLEX on Monday 2/1 at 2pm. Was done an hour later. After a 90 minute drive home, I checked the PVT. Got the good pop-up. Just checked my quick results and passed! One of my classmates had the same result last week. The "trick" works!

well I am here to say that the PVT was a hit, I just bought my results and I passed the NCLEX with just over 100 questions, the stress and worries were reduced by doing the PVT so I was at least able to sleep last night!! Now to find that new job at an entry level RN with 25 years experience as an LPN, God will open the door for me to enter into now, for without my strong faith I could have never returned to college at my near 50 year old mark and felt like it really was the thing to do.
