Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
this is utter TORTUre. What the HECK is wrong with these pearson people. They have NOOOOOOOO heart. Why make us wait in pain and agony and make us raise our cortisone levels through the roof.......
They are not human, I am sure of it.
Anyways, on the up side, i took my NCLEX yesterday, the 4th, and I have about 12 hours left until i can get quick results. The test stopped at 75 questions.
I got up from the exam, VERY, VERY, uncertain of where i stood. The first thought was obvisuoly that i failed and i still believe in this only because its mucchhh more safer to say that you failed and then hear that you passed rather than saying that you passed and then have your hopes crushed, which in my opinion is much more devestating.
But, honestly, I have no idea how i did. I dont even remember anything. It was definitaly a VERY VERY hard exam especially if you didnt study infection control.
But anyways, I tried the trick the second i can home, probably 2 hours after my exam and thank goodness its not letting me register. No i dont know what that means but i do think it definitaly has some ground to it, both rationally and hypothetically.
Heres hoping that I passed this NIGHTMARE of an exam....
P.S. I'll come back tommorrow with my result and with my testimonial for this trick, though i do think its true......
By the way, Congratulations to each and every one of you who passed. The test is NOT simple, it is NOT common sense as a lot of people told me, and it ABSOLUTELY is nothing like you have ever seen before, including the tests in Nursing School.
Having said that, if you havent taken the exam yet, do not panic. Just be prepared that it is NOT what you think it is. It WILL and i mean WILL CrUSh you if you are not well prepared.
HAving said that, Congratulations once again to all who passed. I know what you went through.
For those that didn't pass, relax. You have the upper hand in a way cuz you know what will be on it the next time u site. Its not that hard if you know what to focus on and this is Y soooooo many people pass the second time.
U have to know how to pick your battles.
ANyways congratulations once again even those who didnt make it yet i still congratulate you because u WILL make it.
Here's hoping that i passedd tomorrow.....THis iS Torture...
I'm hoping that I did pass, because I DID get the pop-up. I just realistically cannot see it happening, I mean, I don't feel as though I answered very many right (if any). I've never been so sure of failure in my life. So we'll see if this trick works for me. I certainly hope so!
Sadly my friend, I feel the same way. I got up from that test completely and utterly positive I messed up BIG time.
But, also, i cant really believe in the failure because, honestly, I did give it 110%. I had 75 questions and I think that took me about 3 hours to do.
75 questions in 3 hours........Yeah, i know what your thinking, thats Nutsss...But again, i wanted to give the test my full attention and I think i totally did that.
Now i am a quick test taker. I can do a set of 100 questions probably in 45 minutes maybe 50. But the Nclex was murder. I mean the answers were soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo messed up. These people make the exam so tricky.
I was once told by a friend that the Nclex is easy because they make it very easy to choose the right answer. I think she was wrong because, I dont know what Nclex she took, but my Nclex was NOT, and i mean NOT easy to choose the right answer.
Well, maybe its because i was doing sooo well that it gave me powerhouse questions. Maybe, it is a possibility. But, wow, im just so tired of this waiting. This is not fair. I dont care who they are, these people want us to FAIL, and if we pass, then they want to torture us psychologically until we FAIL mentally.
I'm through with the mind games. I cannot get past the register screen so im guessing thats a good thing. I think it stands that those who CANNOT register (meaning those that cannot get the credit card page) probably did pass. This is a flaw in the pearson system. Good for them those **nice** people (cough).
Good Luck to all....I will know in 9 hours....

Hello SadnBlue,
I took my nclex pn on april 13, i found out about the trick the day after but i did not try to do it until 6 days after, don't ask me why but i just was scared. So i did the trick and did not let me go to CC page. than i did again 4 days after that and got the same results........ but to be honest with you i have not done it anymore. I figured that once you get the same results once or twice you will get it every time so i just dont want to be torturing myself, but if you want you can do it whenever you want.......
Good luck.......

I dont think Pearsons is going to admit a flaw in the system because most state pay them 10 bucks a pop for their results
