Pearson Vue Trick was WRONG

Nursing Students NCLEX Nursing Q/A

Hi everyone, I felt I had to post this!! I took my NCLEX on Tuesday and left feeling super down, I literally felt confident about maybe 20 questions. I cried A LOT and was pretty sure I failed. I did the Pearson Vue trick no less than 1000 times and got the "bad pop up" every time. I read post after post about how the trick is supposedly 99.9% accurate which made me even more depressed. I was already looking into which cities I could travel to to attend an in-person NCLEX review!

Checked my state's BON website this morning and low and behold my name popped up under RN license verification! So the Pearson Vue trick was wrong! I followed all of the specific instructions and never once got the good pop up.

If the trick works for you and you get a good pop up CONGRATS! I don't think I've ever read about anyone getting a false positive so the good pop seems to be pretty accurate. If you get the bad pop up though don't worry, the trick is not guaranteed. Pearson Vue should honestly look into the little trick because it just adds to everyone's anxiety and is really just a weird site error that should not be used to check NCLEX results.

Good luck y'all and feel free to ask me anything!

This is why I didn't do the trick.

Hi when you received the “bad pop up” was it after getting all the way to the third step and submitting your CC info (with wrong expiration date)

You have to submit cc info THEN hit submit. Then and only then you will know if the PVT works.

Hello! New to this!

How did you input the cc info for the PVT trick ?

I've put the wrong cvv and exp ?

I'm hoping my case is like yours? I'm definitely freaking out right now I tested this morning

When you tried the trick over and over again , were you actually putting in your credit card info and hitting submit payment? I’ve heard that’s the only way it works. If it lets the payment go through and says to wait for an ATI number then that’s the “bad pop up”. If you haven’t done all the steps then the trick isn’t accurate. I took my test today , so I’m just trying to figure out if there is actually a flaw in this trick thing. Allegedly if you don’t hit submit payment then you haven’t done all the steps to the trick.

I had the same pop up and I pass exam

Just wanted to share my story to maybe help calm some nerves… I took my NCLEX RN three days ago… test shut off at 75 questions… only had maybe 15-20 SATA questions… so few that I was convinced I failed miserably…. Much less than my NCLEX LPN had which also shut off after 75 questions. Tried the Pearson Vue trick… get the bad pop up… tried several more times all with the bad pop up… I was convinced I failed… so much so that I paid to renew my LPN license that had expired the day prior (65 dollar late fee on top of the reg fee). Only to find out this am via quick results that I passed and this evening my states website shows a current RN license. Long story short the Pearson Vue trick isn’t always accurate… especially for the bad pop up.

ARCHER VIEW TRICK INACCURATE

Studied with Archer for 3 weeks approx 75 questions/day  5 day/ week. NCLEX exam shut down at 97 questions after a SATA. Was feeling very indifferent but optimistic about my results. I tried the Pearson vue trick (aka good or and pop up) and got the " Bad pop up " multiple times. I spent the next 2 days sobbing & devastated. Untill 48 later I paid for my quick results and to my surprise I PASSED. Do not go by the Pearson vue trick. It added to my anxiety and was not reliable. Good luck ?

Took my NCLEX-Pn on Thursday 3/16/23 and it stopped at 146 and this is my second attempted and I got the bad popup but IDK if it's cause I have a failed attempt already and it isn't recognizing my new attempt

I agree about the PVT not being completely accurate. I too tried the PVT about 30-60 min after my NCLEX exam and received the "bad pop-up" and was completely devastated thinking I  failed but 2 days later I received an email stating I passed and saw my name on the BRN website so please my future nurses, don't put your faith into the PVT!!

I just took my NCLEX and it cut off at 85 questions. I got the bad pop up.
