I took my NCLEX yesterday in NC and will have a NC nursing liscence (given I passed). I have been trying the Pearson Vue trick (about 1 million times) and I get the "good pop-up" everytime. Is this reliable as of 2016?? I am freaking out and just need some comfort in this situation. Hardest 75 questions of my life!!!

The more attempts to try the trick the greater you risk a card validity test charge. Check the NC BoN website and see if they posted your license then you know for certain.
So the more I try it the greater the risk it will charge my card? Okay, I tried it twice yesterday and then once this morning actually. I know I won't know anything until tomorrow for 100% positive.
Yes it may be a validity test charge but you won't know until it posts

I did it five minutes after finishing my test last week. Received the good pop up immediately. Passed in 75

I literally just finished the NCLEX 30min ago in NC. I cut off at 75 but do not feel that I got all that many select all that apply so now I am worried. Tried the PVT and got the open registration thing (so not the good pop up bt not the bad)
Crap it has been 30min and it sucks. How do I get through the next 47hr 30min?
Open registration you tried too soon. Wait 24 hours. Go & take a nap
I actually got an email from Pearson giving info now that I had completed NCLEX so I tried the trick again.
Got the good pop up. I know it is not a certain thing, but it gives me some hope. If it is wrong it is going to be a crappy discussion at my Hospital orientation on Monday morning.
bsmithey I hope you get a great result tomorrow when you can get your quick result.
I hope so too!! I've been trying to stay by the pool! I'm hoping the good pop up is accurate!!
Do you know anyone else who did it and passed? Or anyone who got the bad and did fail? You think it's accurate?

Congratulations on having the courage to take the NCLEX yesterday in NC. That took courage and a lot of endurance. Anytime you can get help from Pearson Vue, then it is a win-win. If they have a study guide in which student nurses can use to help them study, then that is the best thing ever because it helps you to get mentally prepared for the test. I like it when there is a CD in the test booklet, you can download it, and it acts as though you are in the NCLEX test. Last year, I had to take the RVE Praxis test for special education in VA. and that test was one of the hardest tests that I had to ever take as well. It had 300 multiple choice answers and three essay questions. I used the two and a half hours to take the test. The reason why I was so nervous was because I felt that I only had a short time to prepare for the test and that was true because I only had a week to use the study guide. Then, when I got to the test, most of the questions were not like the study guide. So, I had to back track some and remember things from my readings and lecture notes. I had to wait one month before I found out that I passed it. I was so nervous when I opened up the email, but really relieved about it. I believe that you were ready for this test and you did a great job on it. I wish you the best. Marcy CNA
