I took my NCLEX in AL yesterday and as soon as it said delivery successful, I tried the trick and I got the good pop up!! Then today when I looked on the AL Board of Nursing my name is listed as an active RN as of today!! :) So the trick works still as of 1/9/14. I still cannot believe I'm officially a Registered Nurse!!
chelle 711i I come from slow texas , I took the board on a Tuesday and it did not show up on bon website until Thursday at 0900 . I would call the texas board of nursing to confirm your license . I looked on the website and they changed their website. if you got the good pop u passed. Book learning vs real life is different a lot to still learn. I work in a busy hospital and see a lot. Take my advice relax and enjoy the downtime while you can, ar

Thank you! I'll check in the morning. I noticed the site looked different, too. How soon should I contact them? You are definitely right about book vs. real life. I excelled in clinicals, but I was never a good test-taker because I'm a visual learner, and most of the time (like this test), it's not really good to go by what you've "seen", rather, what the textbook says

As of 0900 this morning, on the Texas BON website, I am officially an RN!! To God be the glory!!
Hey guys! I just took my test. When I got to my car, I cried my heart out. I felt terrible. My test cut off at 75 questions. I had 16 different format questions (13 SATA, 1 calculation, 2 sequential order). I felt like I only knew very few answers with absolute certainty. I did the trick and got the pop-up "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." ---Please confirm that this is the 'good pop-up'. I am worried because I feel horrible about the exam, and I also feel that I did not get very many different format questions like others. Anyone who replies, you are greatly appreciated.
hi I took my exam last May 19 for my NCLEX PN. It gives me a good pop up. And I ended up to 85 questions. That does mean I pass?
There's a pretty good possibility (never %100) that you did pass. I'd wait until your board posts, or until you check quick results. It worked for me both ways (for when I failed and passed), but there is nothing like getting the official results! Have faith!

I took my test yesterday (May 20) and received the "good popup" after failing a couple of times before and being led to the CC page. Of course, being in slow Texas, I'm waiting for my name to appear on the BON website because I REFUSE to give PV any more of my money at this point (if I indeed did pass
). Hopefully, this trick is still accurate...I had a TON of SATA questions this time around, along with priority and infection control, and maybe a handful of delegation, drag-and-drop, and 2-3 med calculations and rhythm strips questions. Overall, I had just under 200 questions (190s), and it took me about 4 1/2 hours. Thanking God in advance!
