14) answer the yes/no questions.
15) select your country again.
16) select your state.
17) type in your city.
18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19) select your school.
20) select the month and year of your graduation.
21) select your board of nursing.
22) click the button.
Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I just did the pvt and got the good pop up, but on the page where it says delivery succesful...it also at the bottom if the page in red letters says Your exam results are not available at this time...does this alter the pvt trick...has anyone else had this at the bottom of their page:confused:
Don't worry, it says that on everyone's b/c that just means you can't get your Quick Results yet....The PVT is accurate as long as it says delivery successful!!!!
Hi everyone i took the exam today after studying for a long hours pretty much everyday for a long time im just glad its over . i graduated back 1997 and i took the nclex 3 x for the last 14 years last time i took it was august of last year i had 265 question i was pretty upset after i finished the test because i had the feeling i didn't do good well i did the PVT and it went all the way to credit card i was pretty upset and sure enough after 2 weeks i got the result in the mail i failed again the 3rd time... so needless to say i tried again i actually a friend of mine told me to try excell review and i actually have to fly to san diego and took the review for ten days . it was really good review being out of school for 14 yrs i really needed a comprehensive review i got it from them . after the review i gave myself a month to review i never studied so hard in my life like i did this time . i prayed a lot ....that god give me the knowledge , strength, wisdom to be able to pass the test. before i started the test this morning i wrote in my paper" "trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path" the whole time i was taking the test i keep asking god to guide me to the correct answer .. when my computer shut off at 75 i cried...... i felt like OMG i didnt pass again.... so after 5 hours when i got home i tried PVT and i got the Good Pop! i was relieved a little bit. i know PVT is accurate i just cant wait to see my name in BON .. ill let you guys know how it goes....i hope its a good news ......
I just took my exam. 75 questions and then it shut off. I rushed home did the trick, and got the neutral pop up. About an hour later I received the GOOD POP UP!!!!! I really hope this means I passed. I will be refreshed the OSBN website waiting to see if I have a license!
I have not heard anyone say it did not work!!! I did it immediately after I took mine too! It makes the wait a little better, even though no matter what anyone says, you still want the definite confirmation! Good Luck, but you are fine!!!!

Call the testing center and ask them about the hold - they will usually tell u the reason for it and remove the hold. If it isnt removed right away it will usually delay your results more- The person at the testing center will tell you it will be another 48 hours - but I kept checking the pearson website & doing the PVT and my results were able to be viewed about 3 hours after I spoke with the guy. They open at 8am I think.

I know this from other people's experiences & recently mine was on hold because the day of the test I arrived an hour early but had to leave to go get my ATT number paper and submitted it after my initial photo ID check in. It seems like the smallest detail can put the results on hold - something with their computer system.

Sunshinegirl Thank you soooooooo much... Yup yup I will definitely do that I'll call them tomorrow then, coz its already late in the afternoon... Im kinda bit anxious and terrified coz I think I failed.... I answered 75 questions for 3 hours got tons of SATA, and even Pharma .... I really wanna cry right now... :crying2: What if it will go directly to the CC page after calling them??? I cant even think right now...
