4) click the 'credit card' link.
5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6) enter your username.
7) enter your password.
? click the button.
9) click 'register' on the left side.
10) select your test type.
11) click the button.
12) select your country.
13) click the button.
14) answer the yes/no questions.
15) select your country again.
16) select your state.
17) type in your city.
18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19) select your school.
20) select the month and year of your graduation.
21) select your board of nursing.
22) click the button.
Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I took the Nclex pn yesterday, I felt very stressed throughout the test and even afterwards, I left there feeling like I wasn't sure if I passed or not. I went home and tried the Pearson vue trick and I got a message saying that my account was on hold or something like that. I waited a maybe an hour later and I re tried it and it gave me the good pop up! I feel a little better but I won't get relaxed until I hear that I actually passed!!!
:yeah:IT WORKS!! Had the good pop up since Monday and just found out quick results I PASSED!!!! I checked the "good pop up" 1000 times the past 2 days...sooo i gotta say it worked for meeee...I thught for sure I failed...it was a mean aweful test! Good luck everyone!:)
Hang in there sweetjen. If you got the good pop up, chances are you've made it. It's unofficial, but hey, based on my personal experience which was only less than 2 weeks ago, the pvt is accurate. By the way, I am under CA as well although I'm out of state(WA).

Took the NCLEX-RN for the very first time this morning. Five hours and 265 questions later, I went home thinking I failed (the exam made me believe that I didn't learn a thing while in nursing school)!! :uhoh21: Somehow, I mustered the strength to get on the computer and use "the trick". Literally trembling (my parents thought I was having a panic attack), I typed-in my information and got the good pop-up. I gotta say, I feel a bit relieved after seeing that. And being a 23 y/o with GERD, I could go without the extra stress from waiting. A small sign - albeit an 'unofficial' one - is enough to ease my fears for the next couple of days. lol I just pray to God that this trick works for me.
Hey guys, so i took my exam on tuesday nov 23rd- and i still dont see my name on the BRN CA website! i am freaking out! The Pearson trick worked and i got the good pop up but still no name on the BRN CA website. Any insight from people in the same boat or who know about the time lag? I am only worried because i have a job offer and i have to give them my license info by wednesday ! any info will be appreciated
I feel your pain. I also took my exam in California on November 23, 2010, got the good pop up and still my name does not show on the BON. Have you called them and ask if they have all your transcripts or if they are missing some documents? For me, they have all my documents, I think it is just the Thanksgiving holiday that slowed them down or something. I don't know it is frustrating, isn't it? I wish the best for you
