Pearson vue site down?

I'm trying to do the perason vue trick for a friend and I can't log into the website. every time I try to sign in I get the message The service is unavailable. I tried from my phone as well in case there's something wrong with my internet or computer or whatever. She's freakin out because she got all 265 and was there 5 hours! Can you guys get in? I cant see how it can just be me
