Pearson Vue On Hold

I took my RN NCLEX today and had all 265 questions took me about 4-1/2 hours and my results are saying they are on hold?

Results on hold usually means the test is under review for some reason. Did you have any issues going in and out of the room? Did anything happen that could have been a breach of the test rules, like talking to others inside the test room, using your cell phone during a break, writing on the note cards before the test began, erasing the note cards, etc.? If not, it may be a random audit.
