Hi there!
I'm new to the area and had NO idea about CCC's program so I'm bummed I missed out on that but I did apply to PCC and MHCC for 2018 :) plus OHSU, Clark, and CGCC (would have to move for that one but expanding my options).
I'm super nervous and just dreaming of being accepted to any of them!
Hi Hallynn, thanks for responding. Yeah I had planned on applying to all three since about as year ago and went total OCD on all the details for admission and started gathering everything I could as soon as I could to get in. I'll admit I'm nervous though because, My Nursing GPA is a bit lower than the average 3.8, and I have less points and not all the local criteria for each school and on top of that only 3/4 pre reqs ahahahaah. But I do have volunteer and work experience. Hope it shows..... *sigh*. Well fingers crossed, and let's keep each other updated on if we get any new emails. I as well will be happy if I get accepted to ANY
Also did you get like a letter or email that said your application was accepted and is processing be it physical or online? Just curious to see if it's not just me hehe.
P.S. I actually went to a conference at CGCC they are a pretty awesome bunch of peeps. But here is hoping you don't have to move.
P.S.S What made you want to go into nursing?
I applied to MHCC, PCC, CCC, OHSU and CGCC (The Dalles). This is my first time applying, but I'm super hopeful :) I've neen a Medical Assistant for 6 years and I'm just ready to really get going with nursing. I cannot believe it's March! By the end of this month-ish we will know if we get interviews!
Best of luck
Rosey
