PBSC 2013

U.S.A. Florida

Hi everyone, this is a thread for the January 2013 PBSC students. I know October is right around the corner, so I am a little frazzled right now. I am preparing for the HESI and have purchased the HESI study guide. Haven't made it to the mandatory information session as yet though. Also I was wondering if the Pro-Calc is a required test for new students as well. I didn't see anything online on testing dates etc for that. Is it similar to the HESI?

@BREMAC88 Pro calc is not mandatory for October 1 nurse application deadline. Information posted on the PBSC nurse application page

Hi Everyone.

Just took my HESI can finally breathe again. Very disappointed missed the 10 pts by 1.24. I want to apply for the spring semester. Does anyone know what the point cut-off was for last year? Trying to decide if I should apply to BG or chance it LW.

The point cut off for LW was 25.15 and 24. Something for BG last spring. What are your points?

My points are 26.45. I am reading on this site that the points to get in for spring semester are usually higher.

What campus did you apply to? Good Luck!!!!!

I applied to LW full time day with 26.75!

I've heard that the points are generally lower for Spring since they have more spots such as BG full time and LW part time. But I know a couple people who are applying this round and their points are all higher than mine . Seems like a lot of people are applying!

This month is going to drag, Im just praying that I get in, it would suck to apply a 4th time in June lol.

Does anyone one know who to take for microbiology?

Lake worth campus at which college?

Ok guys.. I need major help! Does anyone have any suggestions to where I can get my healthcare-related point from? I've contacted 2 places so far and am waiting to hear back but in the meantime I would love some help.
