Hello everyone! I've been following your thread because I have decided that I can't pursue a degree at my uni. It is way too expensive for me. I was working on my nursing pre reqs there, but plan to continue them at PBSC. I wanted to thank you all for the helpful hints and to congratulate you for getting into the program. I had no idea it was this competitive. I probably have a year to go before I actually get to start the application process. Just wanted to say good luck to all of you. :)

the board has been very quit lately, i guess everyone is busy getting ready for the up coming semester. i hope everyone had a good thanksgiving.

has everyone turned in there paperwork ?

i turned everything in this week, i ordered my badge and ordered my jacket. i stopped by the lake worth bookstore and they still dont have are books in, which i find a lil annoying .

@ camibu, still havent found the reading list i guess its posted on blackboard.

well im excited for monday, i finally get to meet you guys!!!

So can someone tell me why we have to take the hesi over again?

I don't know if you got the answer to this question already but, you take a HESI every semester. But it's specialized to what you are learning in that semester. In fourth, you take an exit HESI in which you have to score an 80 percent to proceed to graduation. Congrats on getting in, don't be too stressed out. It will seem like a ton of information the first few weeks, take it one bite at a time. I'm headed to fourth semester, it's totally doable. :nurse:
