PBSC Spring 2014 Applicants

Hello! I decided to start a thread for those who are applying to PBSC for the Spring 2014 deadline.

I have applied and my application is complete! this is my 3rd time applying, so I am really hoping to make the cut this time around

Walk in, I did mine yesterday. You have to have cash or check and be there before 4:30 :)

Do you know if everyone has to do the employer verification? Or is that only for people who are working? How much was the total cost? TIA

It seamed that you have to give at least one previous employer no matter what. It's $140 but if you have lived in any other states after the age of 18 than an extra $20 for each. I've lived in both Oregon and Arizona so I had to pay out :(

Oh gheeze! I've lived in MA so I guess Ill have to pay also. bleh.

Also, I went to order my pins and buy the uniform tops, they came up to $70 for 2 scrub tops so I didn't buy them yet. I think the PBSC bookstore sells them? I ordered the pins though, 19.01 for two :yes:

Probably procalc since it was not required for this deadline... you can find info on the Nursing homepage

Any luck on the all white sneakers? I found 1 pair but the bottom sole part is not white.. I don't think it'll fly..

I just broke down and got all white Danskos.... I have some other colors and they really help with being on my feet for so long at work. Unfortunately they are expensive and it takes about a month to break them in :dead:
