Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!! :D

RLL67 , nope.. Latisha emailed me back today and said that the "issue"with the chemistry class hasn't been resolved yet with the limited access ppl yet but she felt strongly that they would accept it. She said we have to wait till they process all the applications then they'll go back and change ours to complete.. She still said not to expect anything till next week.. Ms. Boles told me that they only check the information session for the people who get accepted, so if anyone logs into their limited access page later this week and there's a check mark next to the info session then it's a good sign. This is crazy tho I hate waiting. I wonder how many ppl have "pending" because that could take alot of time to change them all to complete.....

still no points for me! hopefully we will all know soon :(

Weird, I just checked my app and "paid application" use to be at the bottom, but now "information session" is on the bottom. Uuugh why are they moving the order?!

irishblonde maybe you got in !!

Thank you, michelle561, that is hopeful. I hope they resolve it soon but it is looking like they still have a lot to process...

That is very interesting what Ms. Boles said about the information session... I wonder if that is true. My information session is checked but I'm not going to count on anything until I see a true denial/acceptance letter!

I don't think so because everyone finds out the same time, I just want an answer lol plus there's people on here with higher points they'd know first. Hopefully there's nothing wrong with my application because it says "complete"

I don't think anything is wrong if it says complete :) and I agree, everyone will find out at the same time so I don't think so. That time needs to be SOON!!!

I had a fried in full time taking a non nursing class during first semester, but I wouldn't recommend it. I ate, slept and breathed nursing. But summer is yours and you can take classes, at least in the FT, I can't say for part time because I don't know. And I think everyone's status on the application changes at the same time last semester but I could be wrong. Good luck everyone!

I went to an information session and they said that rejection emails go out on a Friday and the acceptance letters go out in the middle of the week sometime. Not sure of they were just saying that to say it but something to think about.

I think that the 25th will be the day it's exactly the amount of time it took last acceptance term and this is also when the bachelor rn program began which can account for the large number of applicants both last time and this time. I think we all have a really good chance of getting in. It's really a luck of the draw but I am thankful for this website so no one has to be alone in this horrible wait.

Hopefully that is the day for acceptances :) I am dying to hear...monday is not too far away. This week should go by pretty fast for me!

Just a heads up...I wouldn't get our hopes up for it happening this monday. Although, by what she said it is still possible. This is the reply I got from the program director....

"Admissions handles the distribution of acceptance and denials to students. Please give the Limited Access office at least an additional week to process all applications. You will receive an email stating your acceptance/denial through email by end of June. "

Ughhh. HURRY UP WERE DYING HERE!!!!
