PBSC Fall 2012 hopefuls

Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!! :D

Bremac your points should post right around the same time monablue's post because you both turned in your apps the same day. I am thinking its going to take the rest of the week for points to post and we will find out next week who gets in. But it would be a awesome surprise if we found out this week!!

Seems like they are going in order of days. I turned my app in on may 24th which means she probably didn't get it till the 28th since they are closed on Fridays.. Sooo they might not have this completed this week if shes only going on posted one days worth of apps.. If thats the case your looking at Mon or Tues of next week before they are posted.. But hopefully it will be quicker than that!

They really need more then one person to work on posting this in the computer! Lol don't they know they are dealing with anxious students lol

mkearns724 they still have to send out all the denial letters and we dont know how long that is going to take.. good luck everyone!!!!!

michelle561, i took chm 2045 ("general chemistry"). i e-mailed latisha about it in the past and she said that prior to july 1, 2013, this should work as a substitution. i copied her response below too.

"the chm2045 that you took will be an acceptable substitution for the 2012-2013 school year. after that you will need to take chm1032/chm1020 to satisfy the requirement. chm1032( the new course code for chm1020) will be the only course that will satisfy the requirement, if you are not accepted by july 1, 2013. if you are accepted into the program chm1045 will be used to admit you and will be used as a substitution upon the completion of your program of study"

So ppl who turned it in the 24th had their points put up today? I reaaally hope it doesnt take another week for mine to get posted since i handed it in a week later than the 24. If thats the case, We def arent hearing back until at least end of next week...

I think last year they had denials go out on the 21st?? They send those out before they send out the acceptance.. So no news is good news if you don't get a denial letter and you know people that did. Also in the denial letters I believe they put in the cutoff points too..
