Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!!
Finally have my points updated today I officially have 27.39 points however I spoke with ******* today and she informed me that theyre processing a tremendous amount of applications this term. Makes me so nervous I really hope i get in. This is technically my third time applying. The first time knew I didn't meet enough requirements but I took the then NLN and applied to see what it was like to test and apply. The cut off then was like 28.86 very high then they changed to hesi I missed the cut off that time by .02 the cut off was 24.57.... But maybe this time right... Fingers crossed!!! Good luck to everyone!!
Lol I know right! For real! I took CHM1045 Lecture and lab and CHM1025.. I went to an advisor wayyyy back, like February and they said it was fine. At the info session they didn't say that you HAVE to have principles for this deadline. They said they were talking about changing it for the spring... Its whatever.. but i still have hope lol
They use to post the points before deadline to give time to solve any problem, but last term they didnt. They posted my points after oct 1 so I didnt know about my expired procalc (expired on october 4th, after deadline, but I applied on sep 13!! so it was good on time). So even when my poins were pretty enough to get in...they shut they shut doors on my nose Anyways....this is my third appl, and the only thing that Im completely sure is that they look for any excuse for deny appl/ or cut points. So....careful! and again Good luck for all of us :thankya:

Hi there!
First...Good luck everyone! Im getting nervous as all of you. This is my second round with HESI, I did well the fist time and I returned my app like 4 weeks before of deadline, BUT they never actualized my info, so I didnt have the opportunity to see that my procalc was out of date (just for a week!!!) so even when my points were plenty ENOUGH TO GET IN!!!! I didnt. It was really a doomsday for me, it was devastating for me. So hoping this is not gonna be your case. Im gonna retake Hesi next week with the goal of get 10 points, so Im not applying yet. Oh Gosh! panic is coming again :uhoh21:
