Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

wow that is alot. Well 4 more seats at BG maybe they will stay open until the 19th. Maybe the economy has people waiting, because some people might not be able to work as many hours as they did before. We will just have to keep checking. No word from you know who yet hugh.

I went to workforce today and actually met some girls in second semester and one girl in fourth semester. They were very nice and couldn't say enough about the teachers and the program in BG. They said that Demarco and Jones who I think works in the skills lab with Demarco are very nice. They did say that for first semester you do go to Glades General. I'm not sure about second semester. They said 3rd and 4th semester you get to pick where you would like to go. The one girl was doing community service in her fourth semester. I guess that is part of the program. They said they like the Bg campus, so I was glad to hear that. I went and picked up my uniform today. Now I'm getting excited. I went to the book store on campus and they just ordered the books and wont have prices or books for about 2 weeks (sucks). I took the list and looked at this semester prices and for new books its about $860.00 with the pharm books. Maybe used will be cheaper or try a discount online book store. I thought that was pretty steep. With out Pharm books it about $180.00 less.

I am so glad that workforce is helping you out.. those books are way too expensive... I am glad those girls told you good things about the BG program... I am sure that puts your mind at ease, at least somewhat, did they say anything about alexander...LOL

They didn't take Alexander. They said they took Demarco and I guess she has another teacher with her and her or his name is Jones. Yea I'm glad work force will pay for the books.

I have one more micro test which I think I am going to take tomorrow I am getting sick of reading this stuff... I also have pharm test tomorrow which if I want I can take it friday... how are the essays going how many more do you have

I bet you will be glad when you are done with these classes. Good luck on both your tests. I have 2 more short essays for environmental factors how they effect the human body. It was a total of 10 and I have 5 more articles to do, anything on the body. The I have 2 long essays to do and 20 more pages of a coloring book to color. Yea I'm over this class.

coloring book, what the heck is that.... that is weird...

yes I will be glad when I am done with these classes...for some reason this semester seems like a lifetime..

Yea But I already done a bunch of others. This teacher is all about the busy work. The coloring book is the A & P coloring book and he told us to have our husband color it and it was about 70 pages. He just likes to give us work we don't even need.
