Hello, anyone knows how much a new graduate at Inova makes? Also heard Inova gave a $5/hr increase to their nurses. Just curious. Thanks.

When I applied in April of this year in the ED, I was offered $27. I don't know about a pay increase

Hi! The base pay is $32 for new grads!
Wow, that's great!

They did just give a $5 increase to nurses and I think 2 or 3 to techs. But, I'm not sure what the rate of pay is, but 27+5=32 so perhaps that's the new new grad rate. I think overall the area pay is a bit low considering cost of living.

Before it was 30.50 then 32.80 after 6 months for new grads, but now it’s starting off at $32 with no increase at this he 6 month mark. I think the pay is competitive now with the hospitals around the area. But I agree it’s still pretty low with cost of living. ?

Hello! I was wondering if someone could please help me out! I was wondering if anyone had experience working in the INOVA healthcare system and the Alexandria facility. I have a interview there but am uncertain about the location since I don’t know the area
Alexandria is less than a mile from a 395 entrance (Seminary road). There's a variety of shopping centers within a few miles. Grub hub and other delivery available. Cafeteria during the day (food not bad). Parking garage (free) for staff. Some busses run in the area. Otherwise residential.
