I will be serious for a second....

As a bottom line we all want the conditions in our hospitals to be very safe for the patients. I think there is a better way to effect the changes needed than by looking for the perfect representative of nurses. Let's look at the perfect representative for patients.

A patient advocacy group strives for good ratios as a matter of life and death, not just as a matter of a pleasant work environ.
