I recently finished Pathophysiology online (before the Nursing program actually starts) but the textbook was very general. Can anyone recommend a more thorough textbook so I can refresh myself on this material before I start the actual Nursing program? I've got until January (hopefully) and I'm planning on spending this time refreshing A&P, Patho, and Pharm. Instructors, can you recommend a text that you teach in class? Our book was Frazier's Essentials of Human Diseases & Conditions. Any other nuggets of wisdom in terms of preparing for school are welcome as well!
Thanks!

But I've been recommended this one to help understand it.

you're just going to have to trust me on this, but what you want is the physiology coloring book. really. i used to recommend it (and its sister, the anatomy coloring book) to all my students. also available for downloading to computer or e-reader, but i'd recommend getting the paperback. check it out. you can thank me later .
