Hi,
Anyone else has similar experience? I signed contract with PassportUSA/Healthcarousal about 5 few months ago. I have passed NCLEX, submitted all documents they asked. After that there is no response from them. I sent them a few mails, but always get a general response like "we will get back to you" etc.
I have seen somewhere that their recruiting staff has a monthly target of 40 contracts. It looks like they persuade nurses to get the contract sign and then forget about them.
I am worried as nothing is happening. Does anybody has experience in breaking the contract with their agency? I am seriously thinking about moving to some other agencies.
Any advice please?

I would consult a lawyer before breaking the terms of the contract. Keep or print all copies of correspondence, including sent emails. I would prefer to print because I have experienced a sudden deletion of all emails from my yahoo account once. Send them a letter as well (make it registered mail or signature only on delivery). If you can prove Passport USA have been negligent in their duty, you may be able to break the terms of the contract.
Thank you.

Hi
I want to break my contract with them. Did you have a word with your lawyer regards this? Can you pm me? I, am under this agency too.
No response from them whatsoever. Even to the notice for ending the contract I sent them a few weeks ago. Keep away from this agency; they seem a big scam. I have heard a lot of bad things about them lately.

I am having the same problem. It has been about 4 months I signed the contract. I have everything ready, nclex passed, visa screen... sent them all my documents and all I get are generic answers. I feel very anxious about it, as it is a life changing situation, and I don’t get any real feedback from PASSPORT USA.
