Passing NCLEX by only doing practice questions

Does anyone think that you can pass the NCLEX 1st time by only doing practice questions. I have only practiced about 1800 questions since graduating, and I have my NCLEX scheduled for the 23rd of June. I was hoping to do at least 5000-6000 practice questions before taking the exam. But, I might not have too much time to review my notes and books as it takes ages to do practice questions and review their rationales. Also, does most people who score over a 900 or more on the HESI exam pass the NCLEX 1st time.

People who have amazing memories and an above average grasp of the material from nursing school are able to pass without much extra effort, but those people are not many. Good luck.
