Just passed the transitions EXAM!!!!! boy was it one DRY exam!!!! passed with a C but hey, a pass is a pass. I only studied for about two weeks. I used study guide 101 and Excelsior practice exam. Now it's time for Health Safety!!!!!

Natasha_Valaree 3 Posts Oct 8, 2013 I'm about to take the transitions exam myself. I'm using study group 101 along with the material from excelsior. I'm also doing the practice exams at the end of the material from study group 101, but finding a lot questions on the practice exams are not in the material. Should I do the practice exams from excelsior instead. I'm really nervous and can you any suggestions and encouragement you all can give.
Beeks 13 Posts Oct 15, 2013 I found Health Safety to be a lot more interesting than the Transitions. I just passed it last week. I think if you read each assigned chapter carefully you shouldn't have any problems. Most of the material is pretty straight forward. Take your time with the nursing process (ADPIE).
