Passed The Psb!! Upmc Shadyside

I am taking the test on Feb. 26. I just want to know how many questions are on each section and how difficult are the science questions? Are they advanced questions or should I study basic stuff. Could someone please let me know so I don't waste time studying unnecessary stuff. thank you.

Hi everyone...I am taking the NET @ Shadyside on May 1 and It all came about so quickly.Can anyone help me as to which books would be the best to buy and study? I am currently enrolled in community college(first semester back) but have been out of school for 25yrs.I also have worked in the medical field for 20 yrs. Dont know if thats gonna help me with the entrance exam.. Any advice will be well appreciated!!! Thanks

I met PBS I was just refering to the nursing entrance exam.. Anyhow do you have any info that could help me? I did go out and get the book Barron book that school told me is the best to study for there test.I am very ocerwhelmed just reading it!!!! Tips and suggestions welcome!!!

I used that book and yes it is very overwhelming. But it prepares you very well, after practicing from that book the test won't seem bad at all. And the test will seem much easier (mostly because it is). I would mostly concentrate on the science because that seems to be the hardest for everyone. The rest of the area's weren't that bad but make sure you know your science.

I know not the best advice but it's all I can really think of right now. Good Luck

Thanks for taking the time to reply to me...I was told the test was actually much easier then the book.Do you know what the ARCO book is that I see everyone posting about? I was told by the school to use the Barrons book.
