Hi! I took my NCLEX-RN exam this morning. I stopped at 75, got 23 SATA, 13PRIO, 2 case studies, 1 drag and drop and other are delegation and mult choice. I had a good feeling right after the exam but I'm not sure if it's more on the passing or failing side. Hope I'll get some feedbacks. Good luck to all who are taking! Wish you all the best!

Hey guys, I'll try to make this as brief and informative as possible. I would like to start by encouraging everyone studying for the Nclex to keep pushing. It may seem like all your hard work and effort wont pay off, but it will eventually. Below is a list of study materials I used;
1) Kaplan test taking strategies: I found this very helpful because it thoroughly explained how to tackle questions, how to identify what the question was asking and how to eliminate wrong options
2) Kaplan Question banks: I honestly believe that the kaplan questions are most similar to the Nclex. Although, it seemed like the Kaplan question trainers had more higher level questions. Do not focus on your scores, rather focus on understanding the questions and rationales. My scores ranged from high 50's to 80 and I completed all 7 of the question trainers.
3) La charity: i found this book somewhat helpful. It wasn't as challenging and as detailed as the kaplan test-taking strategies book so I didnt focus much on it.
4) Hurst Review: I would recommend this to everyone studying for the Nclex, especially if you feel like you're week in certain content areas. This is an excellent refresher on major content areas.
Lastly, practice as many questions as possible, believe in yourself and try not to study the day before the exam. i know its hard, but try to think positive thoughts and remind yourself that youve done the best you could do. All the best guys! :)
