I graduated BSN in 2008. Migrated in the US last February 2017. March-April I used Saunders for content. May-July I used PDA and KAPLAN for practice questions. End of July took the nclex rn for the first time. I was so nervous and not confident at that time. I failed it on 75 items. Took a rest for a month because i was so depressed. Sept-Oct i read the Saunders again the whole book and used UWORLD this time around. Nov 14 took the exam with 265 items with 4 minutes left !!!! Took so much time because i always pray before every single questions and had 2 breaks hahaha! This time i felt more relaxed and confident during the exam :) Today November 15 when i was trying to check the BON Florida for the result i was so shocked that I passed!!!! :))
i think UWorld helped me a lot because the questions were all similar with NCLEX exam.
I got a lot of prioritize questions and less than 20 SATA.
