Passed my boards today!

Nursing Students Online Learning

Published

Well, I passed my family nurse practitioner boards today! What a relief. I guess I am no longer a "distance" student anymore...at least for awhile... :D...

In any case, I hope to be around a bit more to help out. I see quite a few recent CPNE and NCLEX successes! How awesome. Every so often I love to go back and look at some of the past individual posts from people who have passed either the CNPE or NCLEX. It is great to see the growth: first the introductions, then the questions, and then the announcements. Sometimes the news is not always good, but what is great in those cases is when those individuals hunker down, try again and succeed. Then...they start giving out guidance and help. It really is amazing.

Yeah, what's next? A long break? MCG's DNP?

Anyway, congrats. Hope to be there myself in a few months.

Yes, ahem ... so when does that DNP program start? :D

LOL...was just on the MCG DNP page a few days ago, and I am also looking at the USA program. Still haven't decided between PhD and DNP yet, but I am forbidden to go back to school for awhile anyway by my better half. Truthfully, we all need a break.

LOL ... yes, my bigger half will be very happy when I finish my BSN in June, since I won't be doing an MSN until after I get the whole Army Nurse Corps thing sorted out. Whatever will I do with all the free time? :D
