Well what do you want to do? What kind of position do you prefer? What facility do you want to work at? If you have the finances to put off working for any length of time, then concentrate on applying for the position(s) that interest you the most. Have a plan in place. If job A does not materialize, then go for job B, etc. Good luck and hope you are happy wherever you end up.
I would definately suggest an internship... if nothing else for the experience and "transition time"... If there are still postings for Jan Internships definately apply for them... they will make the difference in your job satisfaction over the first year... I think you will feel much more prepared!

Ok so i graduated in august and then with the whole hurricane stuff i didn't end up taking my test until last week....i found out i passed! :nuke: and now i'm wondering if i can go ahead and get a job and just do an orientation??? or should i wait until Jan. and do an internship program.....what to do???? i know a lot of hospitals want at least a year exp. ...i want to work in Houston, Texas...... any info. would be greatly appreciated....Thanks!!!
