Honestly, in the 547,972,212 NCLEX threads on this site, we've seen people pass and fail at every number between 85 and 205 (or 75 and 265 for RN). Most US-educated first-time testers do pass, but the number of questions doesn't give away those hints.

It is true. Each person has an individualized exam, no two questions would be exactly the same for people. There are those that have passed with all ends of the spectrum, those that failed for the same. I know it is hard and cold, but at this point, it is done; there is nothing you can do to take away the wrong answers. Waiting was the worse, and I can imagine waiting for a month or so...it would literally kill me. I wish the best for you. Most people do pass the first time, so, try and think positive until you obtain your results.

Good luck, nursejennnnn. I hope you passed. When do you get your results?:):):):nurse:

***Sending you good luck and good thoughts***
