Pasadena City College ADN Program Fall 2021

Hello all. I wanted to start a thread for anyone applying to the RN program at PCC this fall. The application period is 4/1-4/15. I applied in the Spring and was an alternate so I retook a course to get 5 more points. I believe I will have 85 now. I saw that the website says we need to resubmit our transcripts each time we apply. Does anyone know if this to the admissions office as well, or just uploading them to our application? hi! I just checked one of my old pcc official transcripts and it doesn't have the printed copy on it! thank u for your help ?

@moosa They understand that once it's open it becomes unofficial, they just want to have an actual official copy rather than a screenshot of an unofficial from the computer. They will verify it with the real official that is sent to admissions but admissions takes longer to go through them so they like to have a copy at the time of application. Hope that made sense.

@aa02 Yes I believe you have to apply to the college before you submit the nursing application.

yes, thank you! I've been submitting unofficial printouts for other apps and this is the first one that I've seen that needs the official copy. it actually makes way more sense to submit official copies rather than unofficial printouts haha

So the school doesn’t want us to send the actual transcript mailed to them anymore? They only want us to upload the official transcript in PDF? So confused!!

@Mjayyy they want us to send official transcripts from the transcript site and also upload official transcripts in PDF on the application. I sent electronic transcripts to admissions and I also sent electronic official transcripts to myself to upload onto the application.

Hello, does anybody know if the TEAS score PCC counts is the individual score or the mean or national PR? Thank you!

Hi so I previously applied to PCC and this is my den one time applying. Do I have to resend my transcripts to A&R?

I think they look at the individual score.
