Published

I just took a part time 16 hours a week NP job to get my foot in the door since i am a new grad and what should they pay for other np's i have talked w/ state they should pay for malpractice and ceu money? anything else? Thanks,

I don't know from experience, but would think the wage should be higher and the benefits lower or non-existent.

I've never heard of a part-timer getting any benefits. Although, you should get paid more per hour compared to someone who works fulltime with benefits.

Agree with this. Malpractice should be provided. Other than that it would be unusual to get any benefits for 16 hours.
