Wanger2525-I told them when I was coming back and it was too close to the start date so emails went back and forth till they gave me a date. I used that to book the flight home. It has to be done/completed at least 7 days prior to start date. They were going to give me June 24th.

To be more specific, this occurred within a couple of days after receiving that big email.

Anyone get their occupational health scheduled yet. I still haven't heard anything yet. I have not received my formal offer letter either.

nothing on the "formal" letter wanger2525 but i am not worried about that until it gets closer to the date but if i get it, will let you know on here. all i know is, the occupational health thing has to be done 7 days prior to start of orientation (before July 11 or so). Keep emailing them until you get the response. Good luck!

the reference link came first and the formal offer letter 2 hours after that this morning but from CD's assistant.

Got my reference mid las week. Nothing on the formal letter or occupational health yet. The assistant told me she would contact me soon

Wanger2525 I had my OH appt last week. I was trying to plan a vacation so I emailed Capria and asked her when they usually scheduled it. She fwd my email to Kristi Gleaves who actually scheduled the appt. She did say in her email that she was trying to get about 100 new residents scheduled and it was taking her some time to do it so that might be the hold up. I'd email Capria just to be sure. Also I have not received my formal offer letter yet but did do my reference check earlier this week :)

Also Capria told me that she needed to be able to verify our license by July 15th so that paperwork could be sent to HR on the 16th. I don't know if you're already an RN but I'm a GN so I had to make sure and schedule my NCLEX a week before July 15th.

I talked to Kristi and she told me that my OH can't be scheduled for more than 30 days from my start date so there's no hurry. She also mentioned how she's really busy.
