For those of you who interviewed with NICU, does your application status say "offer in progress"?? I'm not sure what this means but I'm hoping it's good news?!

I interviewed with NICU last week and my application also says “offer in progress”! Haven’t heard anything back from them yet though. Hoping good news as well!!

How was the interview process? I applied for ICUs and PCU. I'm considering applying to Med-Surg because I know how competitive Critical care can be.

I’ve heard that Parkland takes a while to get back to people. There were people getting offers for the October cohort a couple weeks before it started.

I received this a few weeks ago from one of the recruiters! Hopefully this clears up some of the confusion as to why they were taking so long!
