Parkland Hospital Summer 2017 GN

Hello!!

I am a senior nursing student graduating in May 2017 from Maine. I am moving to Dallas after graduation and want to do a new graduate nurse residency program. I was wondering if anyone knows when the positions for Parklands' New Grad programs for the summer 2017 cohorts will be posted?

If you didn't get an email today, does that mean you didn't get the job?

No that means that you're an alternate, i called on Thursday and they told me that i was an alternate so it'll be another week for us to hear anything. Hopefully well hear something by Friday

I think ED because my friend got an offer today, but she already accepted an offer from Baylor and I got an offer from NICU today which I accepted. Good Luck to everyone.

Were you offered an ER and NICU position at parkland? Also do you know of anyone else who turned it down?

I called today and the lady said my status is "in person interview-2". Will they have a second interview for the alternatives??

Did they explain what "in person interview-2" meant? I was told that I was an alternate but they didn't say anything about a second interview

She didn't know either lol but she didn't say that I was an alternative, just that my app status says "in person interview-2"

No I haven't. But I know they've sent out offer letters for L&D
