Congrats! When did you inteview? Whats the residency like in ICU? How many weeks would it be?

I interviewed on Tuesday. Residency I believe is 14 weeks long.

How sure are you abt that? So if I sign with one unit, there is no penalty for transferring to another after a year?

There's already been offers. That position has been open for a while. But they were still interviewing as of last week so I'm not really sure now.

Are they still doing the interview for 2016 Summer internship? or is this already closed? I have applied number of resident program but didn't receive any interview invite except just received the standard email acknowledge saying its fwd to the hiring manager.
