I was thinking to apply for an ER tech position and work that angle for a bit. I did email the recruiter so hopefully I will hear back from her today sometime.

Hopefully we all get it! I have experience as well, but don't know if that will be enough :/

Yeah,I have NREMT so I just like to have options!
I know, you just don't know. There were over 120 interviews, 15 minutes each over 4 (and now possibly an extra day) and only taking 10-15. Tough odds but hopeful
Don't know what to say nurse0884. The email came in at 0826 central time and to me, seems like a form email letting you know that you are still being considered by the hiring managers. Send an email and see what happens.
I'm just finishing up a 170 hour ER practicum at a Level I Trauma center in a major urban area. I was hoping that would get me a decent bump in qualification but you never know. There are so many people for so few slots and I guarantee most of us had great resumes and worked hard in school. Sometimes it is hard to set yourself apart.
I know but I think it's more personal at the interview. Resume got us to the interview and the 15 minutes is about personality and if you are a "fit" with them.
I heard back from the recruiter and she said they are still interviewing and that they should have decisions by Friday an that we need check our emails....which we are all no doubt obsessively checking anyhow :)
lol, obviously since i am writing you back immediately! hopefully BEFORE friday

Do y'all have human resources number? Because my resume was forwarded for OR and never heard anything. Just wondering if I missed the cut!! Thanks :)
think it is the same one that is used for the ER residency
