Just starting a thread for Parkland Dallas! Has anyone heard back about anything?

It was today at 4pm, it was really general with 5 person panel if I remember correctly (they didn't all ask questions only the manager really did the others just took notes and looked on). No out of the box questions. They're interviewing through next Friday and will have decisions out the following week.

What's questions did they ask you? How long did the interview take? Did you tour the unit afterwards?

They told me they'd be sending out a couple of preliminary offers & said they would be waiting to issue the rest until after the second round of interviews (I think they're doing some Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). They said Veronica Benton should be in contact either way.

Okay thanks! Did they tell you how many people they are interviewing? I read in an old thread that they interviewed 60 in a previous cohort and took 12

Does anyone know when we should hear back for L&D? I applied to ER and never heard so i guess i didn't get it so I'm counting on L&D. Surgical specialties opened today as well just fyi. Also do y'all know if any other specialties will open.

I would contact veronica benton and ask; she the recruiter for women services; i'm going to do the same

Just applied L&D! I have no tech experience, but I am graduating with my BSN in May. I haven't had great luck with other L&D positions at the other bigger hospitals, so I really have my fingers crossed!!! It's stressful not having a job yet when so many people around you do :( Anyone else agree? lol

I agree :( I have LPN experience still nothing. But no worries we will get a job!
